Capital Project Town Hall

We will be hosting a town hall to discuss the Capital Project. This will be an opportunity to provide you with an update on the progress made to date as well as your opportunity to ask questions about the project.

Once again due to provincial restrictions, we will be hosting this town hall virtually using Zoom.

One of the main purposes of this Town Hall is to provide each of you the opportunity to ask questions about the renovation project. We want to ensure each of you is given that opportunity. Recognizing that not everyone is comfortable asking questions in a virtual environment we want to provide additional opportunities to do so. If you would prefer please feel free to submit your questions beforehand.  You can either drop them in the night deposit box at B50 or by email to Jon directly. If you are submitting questions beforehand please ensure you do so by 4:30 pm on Monday. Any questions received this way will be read and answered at the Town Hall and we will ensure the answer is also sent directly to the person submitting it.
