SMHC – Info sessions and more!

Hello Members!

I hope everyone is staying well and warm!

INFORMATION SESSION:

This Thursday T & T Disposal representative, Katy, is going to be answering all your waste, recycling, and organics questions.

  • DATE: Thursday October 22, 2020
  • TIME: 3:00pm – 4:00pm
  • LOCATION: Rutland Community Centre Main Hall

Capacity is 33 people. If we exceed that we will schedule another session.

NOVEMBER HOUSING CHARGES

Please note: Due to fiscal year end November housing charges will be processed on November 2, 2020.

SMHC ANNUAL HALLOWEEN EVENT

Due to COVID-19 the annual SMHC Halloween event will not be held. In lieu we will be distributing goody-bags to those under 18 years.

SNOW REMOVAL – SIGNATURE

Now that the snow is flying here is a summary of the Signature contract.

  • Sidewalks will be cleared once every 24 hours
  • Parking lot plowing will occur after 8 cm of accumulated snow
  • Ice melt, ice chipping, snow removal on sidewalks more than 8 cm, and more than 40 removals is at additional costs
